Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a brief review of your stay, and I am sorry to hear that you had an uncomfortable visit with us. I wanted to take a moment to address your comment in regards to the air conditioning and heating at our hotel, due to the moderate climate in our fair city we have found that the need for air conditioning is low and that ceiling fans along with windows that open are an adequate solution. However, heat is definitely a need and we do supply heaters in every room of our hotel as well as space heaters to help take the chilly edge off. Admittedly during your recent stay, our city experienced one of it's coldest weeks on record and we struggled to keep the rooms warm enough for our guests, and for failing to do so I sincerely apologize. We are continually adding new heating systems to each room and hope to have an adequate heating system in place in the near future in order to keep our guests and employees warm during those rare cold snaps.
