“This is our second stay at Rumors. Overall, the property is clean, but definitely in need of maintenance. The shower could use some remodeling and fresh paint. The pool, which use to be an amazing infinity pool, was closed in and you no longer get a view, so it was a bit disappointing. However the staff is nice, the music and the drinks are still great, and it's a chill place to hang out. There's road construction going on, so there was dust everywhere, though that isnt the property's……

“Gaia was INCREDIBLE. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, the scenery is stunning, and yet the best part is the fantastic service. We felt like friends with Freddy and Javier by the time we left. Greg was also a wonderful tour guide. And Colby helped us decide on and book adventures. They all made us feel right at home! un fact, they didn’t let us check in until we’d had a welcome drink and sat down for a lovely candlelit dinner. “An amazing experience! Abdiel, Rita, Ragner, and so many others took such good care of us. Such genuine people at a beautiful resort. Food was great! If you are up early enough you will see a wide variety of birds at breakfast. We even saw a few howler moneys in the evening! We did the ATM tour and appreciated the deep compassion and respect our guide (Ben) had for the history of the archaeological site. We'll be back!”
