「Gaia was INCREDIBLE. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, the scenery is stunning, and yet the best part is the fantastic service. We felt like friends with Freddy and Javier by the time we left. Greg was also a wonderful tour guide. And Colby helped us decide on and book adventures. 「It was pretty good overall. The AC worked very good, clean rooms, fun pool. We took a early tour at 7am and their restaurant had our pre ordered breakfast ready at 6:30am. Perfect Grocery store and chiken restaurant across the street. We stayed at a family cabana ( 2 rooms ), There was a few issues, the hot water was not working in one of the bathrooms, The mini fridge wasn't working in one of the rooms. 「This is our second stay at Rumors. Overall, the property is clean, but definitely in need of maintenance. The shower could use some remodeling and fresh paint. The pool, which use to be an amazing infinity pool, was closed in and you no longer get a view, so it was a bit disappointing.
