"It was a basic studio and was clean. Air con was good. Pool closes for 3 hours 2-5pm. Food in restaurant is very good and reasonable priced but for all the staff they have (5) service is terrible. I had to go bar and order in end as got sick of waiting even though it wasn’t busy. When we received meal i had to get up and ask for cutlery. No entertainment on night we stayed"

"This is a very well equipped villa that has been tastefully designed. It has everything you would ever need and has a great pool. The owners are very approachable - would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending."

"Great place with a very friendly and helpful landlord. The roof terrace in particular was an amazing space. The best thing about the property though is the location within La Manga. Minutes walk from both Mar Menor and the Mediterranean with access to lots of restaurants, particularly in the Marina which is five to ten minutes walk away. There is also a great supermarket right across the street for all your supplies and a market on Saturdays with fresh fruit and vegetables."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Michaela sehr genossen. Es war für 4 Personen sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch was Geschirr und Küchenutensilien angeht. Der Hauswart Ralf war auch immer sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen oder wenn mal irgendwas fehlte oder nicht so funktionierte. Den einen Stern weniger in der Gesamtwertung haben wir abgezogen, weil die Lage zwar bezüglich Strandnähe super war, allerdings uns als Hundebesitzer doch etwas mehr Grün in der Umgebung gefreut hätte, auch...

"This was our third stay as we love this spacious property and the peaceful location right on the beach. An added bonus are the two swimming pools, open from 1 June. Great for beach walks and shops nearby - most open from 1 June. Excellent value for facilities provided."

Very nice villa for a big family

"We had a very nice week in the villa as a family of 7 ranging from age 17 to 79. Villa was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The outdoor area was great - big pool, gas BBQ, table tennis etc. Marie the owner was helpful and welcoming and answered all our questions promptly - she also booked us a taxi from the airport and left some basis food for breakfast we were arriving late at night. There are a few restaurants within a short walk or more near the beach which is around 15 mins walk. We could drive to a number of golf courses which were absolutely stunning and reasonably priced for Spain. Many thanks for a great holiday!"

"The hotel is not modern but it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is an excellent cafe across the street. It is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The BAM bus from/to Alicante stops less than 1 block away. I have stayed here four times and would come back again."

"The house was absolutley beautiful with everything you could need and more. The pool was the icing on the cake and my 2 year old grandson enjoyed every minute of his time in the pool. It was in a lovely quiet area but close to shops park and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"please dont expect the hilton, as the hilton its not but if your looking for a great priced sea front hotel in a great summer resort area then pick this one as its right on the beach front ask for a full sea view room your just a few steps from the beach with bars and restaurants around you its an old hotel but its clean and the staff were just great really helpful able to give you lots of free local information I would give the staff 5 stars "
