While you’re at San Jose, stay in this beautiful newly-constructed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house that’s cozy, comfortable and private. There’s WiFi access, a large screen TV with Netflix,microwave, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, washer and dryer. The house has AC and heating. Property has a private entrance and a private yard with an outdoor seating area. It’s also close to the Apple office, Santana Row and Valley Fair shopping, Highway 280 and 880, SJ Airport. Pets allowed with fees

Got very frustrated from not hearing anything from the property owner, finally had to go through Expedia/Vrbo to get a phone number. Two chairs in the very small side yard, one of which was broken. They call this side yard a "courtyard" . Clock on wall doesn't work. Very shoddy construction. Stain on duvet cover. The whole place was dingy, very small, and uncomfortable.

Cute idea, but it is on a loud street, with only a door separating the unit from the main house, so noise from multiple sources. Gravel in the drawers, a too small for the bed comforter and other minor issues. Not horrible, but not great.

We ended up checking into a hotel. The location was on a very busy, noisy street. The unit was not as nice as the pictures. This was an unfortunate experience for us.

Not as advertised.
The location wasn't bad, but the entire suite was dirty, dirty floors stained and dirty pillows, garbage outside the front door you could smell everything that the host was cooking, you could hear all of their conversations, there was only one towel on the bathroom, the hand towel was dirty, it was just not a very pleasant stay. At all if I hadn't arrived so late at night. I would have gone to a hotel.

I travel for work. Great little place cute little private yard! Only issue is you can hear the people in the main house quite loudly, as I work nights we sleep during the day. We made it work with brown noise playing

Great hosts!
My husband stayed here for a week while finishing a travel nursing assignment. The location was very convenient - with restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to the expressway. The hosts were very respectful of his privacy and excellent communicators.
