This welcoming property boasts (2) two Master suites on each floor and 2 more bedrooms, including a king bed, bunk bed, and 2 queen beds. With 3 and half bathrooms featuring amenities like a bidet and open shower, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the additional living room space with a queen size sofa bed for extra comfort. Experience what San Juan, Puerto Rico has to offer with a stay at our terrific estate. The house is closet to everything you need malls, supermarkets, restaurants as well as the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. The property is in a gated community and it has a beautiful private in ground pool with a terrace to enjoy a great BBQ day. Also, the house is equipped with a solar panel and battery back up system and 500 gallons water reserve for your peace on mind.

Our stay was wonderful. Ariel was an excellent host with great communication and an amazing property. The spacious back patio area, washer/dryer, games, and pool gave the family lots of fun things to do at the house. The property is about 20-25 min from San Juan which was great. Will definitely be looking to book again on our next trip to Puerto Rico .

Had a wonderful stay, the house way clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was accommodating in recommending places to go eat and when we left an item behind and they sent it back. Overall a great place to stay.

Amazing

I can’t say enough about this rental. The central location allowed us to explore the island easily. The backyard and pool was a beautiful space and it was just what we desired for our tropical vacation. The house is beautiful and bedrooms are so comfortable. The owner of this rental is absolutely incredible! Communication was fantastic and he continued to check on us to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He also provided a lot of information about nearby stores and fun activities on the island. When I return Puerto Rico, I will return to this rental.

Beautiful home

We had a great time at this property. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean. Plenty of room for my family of eight. Ariel was awesome. Planning on becoming a repeat customer.
