Located 30 minutes from the San Juan International Airport, This is my second home offers a serene retreat in a spacious two-level penthouse. With three bedrooms, AC, and ceiling fans throughout living areas with ocean views. Enjoy game nights in the pool table room or unwind on the wide open terrace overlooking El Yunque Rainforest and Atlantic Ocean.

Family Beach Penthouse with Access to private open terrace

This is my second home is peaceful and very spacious two level penthouse.

- Self check- in with keypad lock ( with a code you will privately receive )
- Third floor walk/up
- Three bedrooms with a/c
- AC for bedrooms only. Living room may be requested for additional $20.00 per day.
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining and living room areas with ocean view and ceiling fans(3)
- Game room with pool table ,television, living area and both ocean view and rainforest view.
- Wide open terrace with view of our National Rainforest - El Yunque and the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for an outdoor breakfast. During the day it provides a peaceful ambiance for a nice suntan and some good reading. At evening, it is the best place for dinner under the stars.

- 2 Parking spaces inside the premises

This are second homes, if looking for tourist area with restaurants and bars walking distance then this place is not for you.
Located 30 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, 40 minutes away from Old San Juan, 15 minutes away from the nearest Wall-Mart.
A rental car is highly recommended.
