El Convento is a wonderful boutique hotel filled with old world charm. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It’s a great spot to stay if you want to explore historic San Juan.

This is the perfect place to stay in Old San Juan. It is in the middle of everything, and is beautiful and comfortable in every way. We especially loved having coffee each morning outside on the terrace over-looking the park.

I really liked the old charm. Ate dinner there the first night and the food was absolutely delicious. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff was so delicious. It’s also in a great location, accessible to walk to several restaurants and to the fort. Took an Uber to their sister hotel to go to the beach, which gave us free chairs, towels, and umbrella. Can’t beat that. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Desde el momento que no se acercamos a la calzada de la calle, la experiencia fue única, el personal de recepción sumamente amable, cordial y respetuoso. Nos indicó las amenidades, horarios y todos los detalles importantes.
Un hotel acogedor,súper tranquilo. Las camas súper cómodas. Nos sentimos como en casa. Si buscan una opción para pasarla súper bien en Puerto Rico y a la vez tener un descanso reparador con todo céntrico y sentirte mimado, no dejes de visitar.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming boutique, hotel centrally located in old San Juan, Puerto Rico. The open-air design gives it a unique airy feel, while the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning for comfort. I love the thoughtful touches each day – complementary water 24/7, coffee each morning, wine and cheese at 5 o’clock and chocolates on the bed each evening.
Room service was impeccable with two daily visits, in the room, a second door effectively kept noise out, making for a peaceful retreat. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and there’s also a fantastic outdoor spot just across the street. The hotel has incredible character and a great location that makes exploring Old San Juan a breeze. It was truly a fantastic experience.
