The room was kept at a freezing temperature which was very uncomfortable when paired with the beds- which had no comforters? Only a very thin small sheet. The sheets/ pillow cases were damp and we had to download an app and pay out of pocket to dry them and then remake our own beds to use them. It was freezing all night. We found dingy blankets in a drawer we used to get thru the night. Otherwise- the room was clean. Had nice accommodations and the unit manager was responsive.

The shower liner was dirty, the shower grout is black and look terrible it mask the dirt and mold. Outside the unit is hot , the carpet is dirty, walls need paint, the parking is horrible, hot, walls need paint and look old and not well kept, I won't come back

Great location!

Great location, walking distance to beach with guest only entry gate. Loved being on the 16th floor with a balcony. Close to restaurants and stores. Was not told by owner that the pool was closed for repairs. Pillows need to be replaced. Power went out on our last night and was given $31 as a refund. There were 4 lanterns. 2 battery n 2 solar. 1 needed new batteries and 1 solar that needed a plug and did not work at all. Overall was happy with my stay.

Bad service, lack of water, very limited access to the beach (only from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm). After 7:00 pm a long walk need to be done.

Great location and right on the beach! Perfect for our first night in San Juan. Easy to get downtown from hotel. The building is older but they are working on fixing it up. It was an affordable and met our needs. All the staff were friendly and helpful!

Hidden Jewel

Couple night stay. Kinda older building that is partially hotel and partially owner rentals. Facility is clean and safe. The location is minutes to the airport and right next to the famous El San Juan Hotel. Not for honeymooners but fine for regular travel. It is right on the beach and you can use the ESJ pool so best of both worlds for half the price.
