The best part about this property was it's proximity to the beach and the numerous restaurants, bars, and coffee places in Condado. Easy to get to everything and never felt unsafe traveling to different places on foot.

Hotel walking distance to couple downtown areas. A couple areas that need improvement. Housekeeping the front door open for more than seven hours. AC was sleeping never really got fixed. Just had to keep it out a colder temperature 203 TVs didn’t work and most importantly their bar close at 9 o’clock. Pickles online do not match up with what you get at the hotel not singing this entirely bad but needs improvement.

Overall, it was a good hotel to stay in but the reason i gave it 4 stars is because it’s $25 a day for parking and i had to get the employees to move 2 of their vehicles from in front of my car so i could get out of the lot. It set me back 15 minutes on my day. The elevator was down for a day and had to have my pregnant wife walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Other than that, the rooms were cleaned very throughly everyday by the maid staff and the breakfast was fresh daily. Overall, id come here again but would not use their parking

Our overall experience at O:LV Boutique Hotel was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. Very helpful and friendly staff ! Place is very clean. But don’t be mistaken, the rooms are NOT soundproof. We were woken up at 3 am to people in the room next door talking and heard way too much about their lives because the walls are paper thin.

We were very excited about booking with this hotel and that excitement did not disappear after our arrival. I would say that I feel like there were amenities that were advertised that we would have but didn't, but I think what it was is there are so many chains to this establishment that it's a combo posting. So although we thought a lot of those things would be available to us at this location, they were not such as a spa and And walking right out the door to the beach. But do not get me wrong. They were wonderful, The atmosphere was wonderful.The customer service was wonderful. The ac was cold! The bed was soft. The breakfast was lovely. And don't get me started on the location!!! I felt like we were in the center of any direction!!! Anywhere we wanted to walk within 15 minutes, getting an Uber was extremely easy. And if you didn't want to go to a restaurant, there is a grocery store across the street that was 24/7. Which was awesome since we did just sometimes want snacks. If and when we return, we will definitely be booking with this hotel again.

Staff were great and very friendly. Rooms were nice but there was lack of towels with the amount of people in the room. When I asked for more towels I was told the housekeeper would give you fresh towels in the morning, but still didn’t have enough towels. The other frustration was the parking there is only one way in and one way out on a single lane and you had to back out of the driveway into the busy road. The location of the hotel was great, away from the busy city but still close to a lot of places. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.
