讚好:設施服務和住宿狀況
We were relocated to Rosalina Ocean Park as Rosalina Urbino is currently undergoing renovation. Our experience at the Ocean Park was fantastic. However, one aspect that detracted from our enjoyment was Expedia's handling of booking changes. It's evident that there's a lack of consistency among customer agents regarding such situations. Proper training is necessary to ensure uniform advice across all service platforms, ultimately reducing stress for customers. We found it unacceptable to receive a cancellation notice just days before our travel, accompanied by the explanation "sorry, it's not your fault, but there's nothing we can do." This response is utterly unsatisfactory.
