This property exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and well appointed. We only stayed one night before a flight but it had everything we needed and was very close to the airport. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom and kitchen. The check-in/check-out process was very easy and communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend!

My wife and I had an early flight back to the states so we stayed at this Air B and B in order to get to the airport with ample time for customs, TSA and security line. The studio is located about 7-8 minutes from the airport. The studio was clean and comfortable. It had a kitchen with microwave which was great because we could reheat leftovers from dinner for a late night snack. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and the mattress on the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit husky and firm for my taste but overall, my stay was pleasant and I would recommend staying at this location.

So much better than staying at the San Juan Airport. Despite being so close to the airport the location was relatively quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Detailed information and pictures made for a very easy check-in.

Great spot if you need somewhere close to the airport. Very clean. Near a lot of restaurants. Host was very communicative and check-in instructions were very clear. Perfect size for one or two people. I do wish there was even just a plastic chair outside for sitting, as it is nice to have that option when in a warm weather climate. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Great location—only 10 minutes from the airport, which made traveling very convenient. The studio was clean, quiet, and very cozy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful and very happy with the location and room and host, Iris. Would have given 5 stars if the room had coffee however we enjoyed the bakeries and cafes we went to that morning and came back to the room before checkout. Would stay again. Even if you are staying outside of San Juan, this is a great first night in PR place right around the corner from the airport. Thank you Iris!

Property has visible mold on the ceiling and wall above the wall mini split and the condensation pump under the mini split does not work resulting in the AC to fill up the holding tank and create an electrical hazard with smoke. There are three towels behind the couch on the floor to catch the condensation from the wall unit since the pump isn't working. Owner has paper towel stuff behind the condensation pump and behind the unit, mold visible as well. Check other earlier reviews noting the mold in the unit. Owner reported to VRBO and proper Puerto Rico authorities. Room charge disputed for a full refund. Do not stay here for your own well being. Photos available upon request.

The place is advertised as a 3 person accommodation. Expedia will show the same price wether it is for 1 guest or 3 (just verified by booking again for 2 and 3 people). I got hit for an extra charge for a 3rd person after deciding to bring my kid over since there was an "extra" bed for a third person. You will get charged by person per night. Arrived late at night and tried parking close to the entrance so I wouldn't make any noise while I unloaded and was promptly called by the owner to move the car. You will be under constant surveillance from the moment you park.
