“Perfect”

“The room was full of mosquitoes. Within a few minutes I had three bites. I asked the host what I could do and he gave me a spray. I sprayed the room but got two more bites. I left the guest house and asked for a refund of my reservation, but it was denied.”

“Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.”

“Hotel staff were lovely people, always greeted with kindness and providing any help needed. The room was clean, and the bed incredibly comfy. In a great location walking distance to everything nearby! Wish I had longer in San Juan to stay more time at this hotel. ”

“This spot was booked for our honeymoon. The lake town is vibrant and full of energy. We loved this establishment because it captured the beauty of the lake while allowing us to enjoy our time away from all the noise. The staff here made us feel fantastic and knowing they have a restaurant on site where all the staff get to know your name was fantastic. We went from town to town after our stay here and I wish we stayed in this hotel for the whole time. ”

“Great location. Good views of Lake Atitlan from the porch. Very secure location. Hostess was most responsive. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Remember to bring basic ingredients and groceries. Most of it is available at small street side stores five minutes from the house. Tuc tucs are readily available to travel into town or to local restaurants. There’s an Italian bistro within five minutes but it was closed Monday and Tuesday. One issue is a steep walk and three flights of stairs to……

“The room was beautiful with a volcano view. Staff goes above & beyond to help you with everything. The hotel is minutes away from the dock to take the lanchas. The food and drinks were amazing. Beautiful pool as well. Overall a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend ”
