“Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön und in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Mit Liegen und Außendusche zwischen Bäumen……

“Villa très bien équipée avec une vue exceptionnelle située dans un petit village typique de la Calabre. Région un peu moins touristique que le sud calabrais mais de très beaux endroits, belles marinas, bons restaurants etc alentours. Attention peu de gens parlent anglais mais on s’en sort très bien ! Giuseppe est très disponible et riche de conseils ! Très bon accueil ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !”

“Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views.”

“Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)……

“We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed to be there. We could make nice walks in the quiet area and found a 10 minutes walking way to a more or less private beach. The coast in this area is the most beautiful one of Italy. The help and guidance we got from the owner Giuseppe was great and always very fast. We recommend this house to everybody!”

“Tres jolie maison aussi bien intérieure qu extérieure et tres agreable de manger sur la terasse La belle piscine commune est au dessous de la maison et vu la periode nous etions les seuls a en profiter Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour des conseils et tres sympathique Juste un peu éloigné mais le calme est agréable mais besoin d une voiture”

“Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Giulia genossen. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundbaren Blick aufs Meer. Im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst. Ein bisschen schade ist es, dass man keine Liegen hat, um auch am eigenen Pool zu liegen und auch einen funktionstüchtigen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse haben wir vermisst. Dafür ist der Gemeinschaftspool schön groß und dort waren auch Liegen vorhanden. Unser Vermieter hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt und uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die……

“The villa was fantastic and the gardens and the pool were perfect. As a large family visiting the area the villa catered for all ages. The pool and football table and ping pong were used a great deal. The communication with the agency overseeing our stay was great and all questions were answered. We would definitely return.”

“Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were.”

“Eine schöne Villa mit schönem Garten.Wir haben viele schöne Stunden mit den Kindern und Enkeln ( 1-5 Jahre) auf der Terasse verbracht. Das Meer war direkt hinterm Haus.Einfach herrlich . Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang pur. Die Ausstattung war gut. Die Waschmaschine war Gold wert. Spart viele Kilos Gepäck.Auch sonst gab es viele sportliche Möglichkeiten ( Tischtennis, Kanu..) und auch ein Grill. Super!An den Bädern könnte mal was gemacht werden.”

“Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haushalt knapp ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft gab es weder Wasser noch Seife oder Toilettenpapier. Auch Müllbeutel muss man erst selbst besorgen. Zum Meer nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert. Ausblick wunderschön. Ruhe bekommt man nur, wenn auch die Nachbarn ruhig simd. Unsere waren mit 3 Kindern da und haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts……

“Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere. The mountains that surrounded the property were glorious and the beach(es) in the area were so beautiful. I hope to return to see Anna and her family again and I thank them so much for helping me……

“Die Wohnung ist tip top,super Lage mit einer mega Aussicht,nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß ind die Stadt tolle Strände.San lucido hat ist eine schöne Stadt mit vielen Geschäften und tollen. Die Gastgebererin ist sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert und immer erreichbar.”
