Pleasant Morro Bay Home

Summary:
Welcome to this Pleasant Morro Bay home. You'll notice all the bright colors this home has to offer which makes it special and unique. With the kitchen and living room being so close together, it is very open providing space for guests without feeling too cramped. The living room area is decorated with coastal decor. Living room includes a large TV with DirectTV cable, plenty of seating and lights, a comfortable sofa with a massage option, and a cool arcade game for the kiddos (or adults!) The arcade runs on quarters which we do not provide.

The Space:
Two bedrooms with queen size beds have large mirrors which is perfect for helping get ready for the day of fun activities in the area! The Murphy bed is located in the living room and has a suggested max weight of 150 lbs. which should be comfortable for a child or a person of that weight range.
Off the back master bedroom features the laundry room which is available for use during your stay, and it also has a private toilet.
In the hallway between both bedrooms is the bathroom with tub/shower combo which means comfort for everyone!
Front yard area has seating and a BBQ which you may use during your stay if you'd like as well!
Not only does this home have central heat, it also has central air conditioning which is very UNCOMMON in Morro Bay. During random heat waves, this comes in very handy as most homes do not have air conditioning which is a A HUGE plus.
