The cabins is located in the town of San Martín de los Andes, residential area, one block from the lake and 3 from the center.

The cabin is distributed over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 7 passengers.

- Ground floor: living room, kitchen and dining space and visually integrated, Plasma TV with cable, heater. Fully equipped kitchen with complete crockery, oven, refrigerator, microwave. A bedroom with double bed with sommier with large wardrobe / closet, TV with cable and heater. Bathroom with shower.
- Upper floor: Another bedroom with double bed with heater. and another bedroom with 3 single beds with large wardrobe / closet, TV with cable and heater. Bathroom with bathtub.

Cecilia is a lovely and charming hostess. We were there in summer and her rose garden is stunning! The cabin was very clean, although it is old & could use some repair/maintenance. The property is across the street from the central bus station/city park &our cabin faced it. It was noisy well into the wee hours of the morning. Kitchen amenities are minimal if you want to cook. Property is fenced with a security box to enter. Cabin has an alarm system
