「Hello,We wanted to follow up regarding the issues we experienced during our stay from Dec. 22nd -Friday, Dec. 26th. While we truly enjoyed the location of the propery and enjoyed being together as a family, several problems occured druing our stay that significantly disrupted our time in the home. 「House was in a very nice neighborhood. It was well placed for many Santa Cruz activities. Host was prompt to reply. House was very clean. (Although it needed full length mirrors and wastebaskets in the bedrooms and some area rugs to make it cozier.) I recommend this house for a family but given the layout, it might not work as well for couples to share.」
