圣尼古拉斯度假短租

“We enjoyed our stay. Our host (Phetz) was great. The house was clean and located in a gated community. Will definitely stay there again”

“! Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything we needed was provided. The staff/host was very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. Thank you for making our visit memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️”

“停車方便。”

“Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.”

“Very friendly & courteous caretaker, Manang Imelda. ”

“The building is quite new , spacious, comfort rooms very adequate & clean. Quiet neighborhood & staff service is excellent. Parking needs room for improvement. Overall 4 stars!...”

“Staff were super awesome. Place is very ideal because it was close to the great tourist spots. Room was big and spacious and clean.”

“The Villa had no hot water running in the bathrooms, the fridge is not cooling, which spoiled our food, and we noticed roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. We contacted the office management who came to check the unit and we also emailed the office manager. While we were moved to another unit in the area the next day, we encountered more issues. The rooms had mosquitoes, water leak from the side of the stairway, creating safety and slipping hazard and the internet connection does not reach all……

“Yes! Very concerned that we had a smooth check in. Very thorough.”

“Before we checked in i requested to transfer the room bec we have seniors, owner is to inconsiderate rude,we end up of not taking with us bec of no access to them , the water connections is terrible you have to go down and let us to do the on and off switch, dinning chairs nearly collapsed when sitting, their laundry was outside hanging infront our door entrance, refrigerator is so dirty.
