"Dated and tired. But comfortable enough to get a decent night’s sleep. A purposeful pool with basic sun-lounging furniture. No in-room tea/coffee making facilities. No milk available across the entire hotel after breakfast ( to try and make your own drink ). Dinner is limited to a toasted sandwich menu. Service is hit & miss. "The hotel is in an excellent location with the main pedestrian street half block away. Is a charming property but is quite old, don’t expect luxury or even high comfort (to an American standard), but to be fair, is quiet good compared with other hotels in the area. There are other more modern hotels but they are quite far from the main pedestrian section of the town. The hotel Is very safe. I would definitely recommend and I would happily stay there again. "

"Lodge Quelana is a beautiful place to stay. It's outside if town, so you have the opportunity to see the clear night skies from their observation deck. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the breakfast had a great variety. To get into town, you need to drive, but the peace and quiet is worth it. After all, the town is not why you would come to the area; it's the landscape and the stargazing."
