Living in an +300 year old farm house is fantastic. The kitchen is a story by itself. Seating 18 people around a massive wooden table, kicks you back in history. On the upstair floors there are plenty of rooms, many with private bathrooms. The landscape arround i so beautiful and makes you want to stay forever. The 2 pools are also very nice and clean. The host Sabina speaks english sn was very helful with advises to shopping and restaurants

The "Pink House" is a large welcoming house in San Pietro de Felletto. Surrounded by prosecco vineyards, it is quiet and comfortable. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so you never feel crowded. The pool provides welcome relief when the weather heats up. The owners are gracious and attentive, and invited us (and some of our guests) to a happy hour in their garden with spritzes, sausages, breads and laughter. The exceptional Il Colle Prosecco is a short walk away. And the Dolomiti are less than a two hour drive. A very relaxing and very enjoyable time in the Pink House.

We enjoyed Sabina's place for 1 week (families with children 11-12 years old). The villa is located in a picturesque scenery of Veneto vineyards, in peaceful area. The 2 swimming pools are well mantained and are a nice relief during heat days. House is spacious and very comfortable, we liked a lot there is no TV♥️communication with Sabina was super effective, she is a very nice and friendly host, welcomed us personally and advised all we should know. We like to explore new places and the location of the villa is perfect or to walk around or to travel a bit in Veneto region. It's easier to hv a car:) Taking the chance we would like to thank once again-we had a lovely family time in a charming place:))

bonne situation pas de problèmes particulier, gérante réactive en cas de problème ou de demande . attention aux voitures trop basses les chemins sont parfois difficiles mais sur de courts passages.

Die Küchenausstattung hat aus unserer Sicht noch Potenzial (keine Weingläser, keine Espressotassen, manches nicht so ganz sauber), bei einem fehlenden Grillrost wurde aber auf Nachfrage unverzüglich Abhilfe geschaffen.

Einfach perfekt Waren dort um Vespa zu fahren dürften die Vespas in der Privat Garage von der Vermieterin abstellen. Unterkunft und Gegend genau das was wir gesucht haben.

Wir waren drei Familien, 6 erwachsene , 6 Kinder und einen kleinen Hund durften wir auf Anfrage ebenfalls mitbringen. Das Haus bot ausreichend Platz für alle, beide Pools wurden von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Die Besitzerin Sabina war bei allen Fragen stets zur Stelle und half, z.b. Wenn die Sicherung ausfiel weil zu viele elektrische Geräte es dann doch nicht mehr mit den älteren Leitungen schafften. Das Haus liegt zentral in der ProseccoRegion und bietet eine gute Basis für Ausflüge. Auch hier gibt Sabina tolle Tipps. Tiere muss man mögen, 5 Hunde der Besitzerin gehören zum Grundstück dazu, sind aber absolut gut erzogen und haben uns nicht gestört. Unser Hund und vor allem unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß.

Wir haben im Juli zwei schöne Wochen mit 8 Personen hier verbracht. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für alle und vor allem den schattigen Sitzplatz unter Blauregen und Wein haben wir für alle Mahlzeiten und Lesestunden genutzt. Auch drinnen gibt es einen langen Tisch, an dem auch mehr Personen Platz finden. Die Inneneinrichtung entspricht genau den Fotos, es ist grundsätzlich sauber. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank mit 3 Gefrierfächern und genug Töpfe und Geschirr für die vorgesehene Personenzahl. Achtung deutsche Filterkaffeetrinker - Kaffeemaschine bedeutet hier einen Espressokocher; wer es mag, kocht damit, wir hatten Filterüten und einen Plastefilter mit und haben per Hand gefiltert. Mückennetze für die Fenster sollte man mitnehmen. Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr idyllisch zwischen Weinbergen mit schönem Ausblick für Ausflüge bestens geeignet - wir waren in Venedig, Treviso, Padua und Verona und auch abseits der größeren Städte gibt es genug Kleinode zu entdecken. Die Männer waren viel mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs und haben immer tolle Strecken in die Berge gefunden. Großer Supermarkt gleich in Conegliano und kleinerer im Ort und leckere Pizzeria im Nachbarort Bagnolo. Die Besitzerin Sabina spricht gut englisch und war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Stelle und kleinere Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Größtes und einziges Manko waren aus unserer Sicht die Hunde der Besitzerin. Wir sind keine großen Hundefreunde und waren sehr erstaunt, dass diese (teilweise 5) freien Zugang zum vermieteten Grundstück haben und täglich Besuche abgestattet haben. Da diese aber friedlich und nicht sehr aufdringlich sind, haben wir uns daran gewöhnt. Was aber nicht geht, ist, dass wir mehrmals deren Hinterlassenschaften vom Rasen (auch am Essplatz !!!) wegräumen mussten um nicht hineinzutreten. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!
