"The property is clean, very small, and is in the middle of the woods. It’s not on a main road so it’s a little creepy to come in alone at night. Also, there are two other properties being rented next to this one all in the same lot. There are no stores close by, but there is a person who will sell your breakfast if you wanna eat there."

"Was a Nice place to book at last minute, The only thing I did not like and you will consider is that next to the place they have Chickens and roosters, and At 3:00 am in the morning they are the alarm, I spent 2 night so the next one was good the roosters alarm to wake me up early, but this is normal in El salvador :) "

"Our stay at Ericka's apartment was perfect. Ericka was quick to respond to any questions, offered detailed explanations and also provided photos to ensure we found her property without any issues! The apartment was close to everything we wanted, and the community is so welcoming! Ericka made wonderful suggestions for places to eat within the gated community, and we explored the community ourselves as well. We found the people who lived and have shops/eateries/etc within the community were warm, inviting, and helpful! The community also felt very safe and we had no issues or concerns walking around within the community in the evenings/after dark. The air conditioning in the bedroom was nice and cold within the temperature setting suggestions given by the host. The wifi was fast, the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, soap, and small appliances. There were reminders/instructions posted in a few places around the apartment that were very helpful and they were posted in both english and spanish. Overall our stay was 5 stars across the board. We will definitely be booking again in the future when we return to El Salvador on our next trip. Thank you Ericka for a seamless and comfortable stay! "
