Really well located if you need to go to San Rafael. I was afraid of the noise (the 580 and the 101 are nearby), but turns out the sound proofing was good. To the best of my knowledge, there was no breakfast, but you can easily get something from Burger King or any of the gas stations within a 5 minute walk. Very good amenities (fridge, microwave, coffeee machine), staff very friendly. There were some food trucks a couple of minutes walk on the evening I arrived, excellent tacos and burritos. This ain't the Grand Hyatt, but I would definitely stay here again.

The staff person was the best…..friendly and helpful! The hotel is old style motel type, but it has been nicely remodeled. Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near the freeway in an industrial area. Short drive to Golden Gate Bridge and SF.

North Bay is an older hotel and dated. While the room was clean, the carpet and furnishing are older. We chose this place because of the location close to highway 101.

Nice throw-back motel; certainly not an Inn. But fine for us. Surprised at how quiet it was, considering its proximity to the freeways. Comfortable beds, too. Safe parking in front of the room. Very helpful staff.

The property has regular look to it from the outside, but the room is what counts and they seem to have been recently modernized to give you the big hotel look and feel.
