「The rooms are are not as described bed down stairs only is a matters and box spring. Also the downstairs bathroom had dirty laundry in it 」

「Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.」

「Could be cleaner, dust, broken sign at entrance. Yard is not a hangout space, no chairs or table (it's a front yard). Overall nice stay for what we wanted. 」

「Our stay here was absolutely amazing. This property is so beautiful and clean. The home is very high end, with so much thought to every detail, It feels like you are staying in an expensive hotel. The kitchen is large and has everything you could think of needing to cook and bake. It had plenty of room for our group, and everybody loved the rooms they were sleeping in. The homeowner was extremely kind and responsive and she provided so many “extras” like paddle boards, oars, and a pedal boat. If...

「The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.」
