“The staff were well educated about the property and provided lots of information. Mario and Leon from the bar were great. The General Manager (forgot his name) was also very helpful. The girl who checked us in and all the staff were professional, helpful and always available. The entire property was truly amazing. Words can't describe the beauty and character of it. It must be seen in person to appreciate. Amazing is the best word to describe it, and I highly recommend that if you can, stay at……

De l'ensemble de mon road trip en Italie, cet hôtel devait être le meilleur déjà de par le prix qui même réservé des mois à l'avance est exorbitant si on compare le service, l'infrastructure vieillissante et que dire du personnel un DÉSASTRE (mise à part les femmes de ménages) il y a le maître d'hôtel qui vous regarde de travers et qui même en lui disant bonjour ne vous répond pas... Bref si vous voulez dépenser votre argent dignement fuyez cet hôtel,……

“-Sehr altes Hotel, dass in die Jahre gekommen ist. -Zimmer geräumig aber ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen + hellhörig. -Super Lage um Verona ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Bus (direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Haltestelle) oder den Gardasee ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erkunden. -Kostenlose Parkgarage -Es findet sich ein einfaches aber ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet vor. -Für ein paar Tage absolut ausreichend.”

“Quite a walk from the property to city Verona. Took about 20 - 25 minutes by walking. The owner should of prepare more tourist information such as map showing how to get to the tourist attraction locations. As for the room, the toilet is missing more hanging hooks. The bed is a bit too soft for us.”

“Gemma the owner was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel welcome. We stayed had to mom‘s place which was a very quiet house on the hill with a beautiful view. The temperature outside was 24 at night when it was 32 in Verona everything was wonderful. The mom was a darling. We were so lucky to find that place. We will be back for sure. I’ll give it 10 out of 10.”
