This a great hotel. Just far but most good hotels in El Salvador all far. They give you 2 free welcome drinks. Sports bar had nice staff!! Oh we had 2 free breakfast meals everyday. They provide a Full Buffet! Also you can eat outside by the pool. We walked the strip where they had the 503 Karoake spot. Only bad thing is SAL airport is 1 hour! Tucon beach 50 minutes. The fun Cafe Albania with the famous rainbow slide and Zipline is 2 hours away! Hot Spring and muddy place is 1 hour. NAWI beach club is 40 minutes

Excellent location, full gym with plenty of equipment. Awesome jacuzzi at 11th floor. Executive lounge provides a great option for breakfast, or even a quick lunch or dinner. Easy 2 minute walk to shopping center, restaurants, and bars. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is beacause the WiFi is extremely terrible. Unstable, very slow, practically useless.

I have been staying here for over 10 yrs now and this will be my last stay. The”VIP” room’s options were subpar and not appealing at all . The downstairs breakfast is overcrowded and except for the pupusas and omelet station… everything else was substandard. The building, rooms, paint , furniture and amenities have not been updated since the place opened. It is a shame because the service is great .. still not enough for me to stay loyal to this place when there are plenty brand new hotels with upgraded amenities.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket around the corner and a pharmacy few feet away. I will definitely stay again but this time i will bring my kids. I felt safe at the hotel and safe to walk around. My husband loved it and it was his first time visiting El Salvador.
