Unit was spacious, serviced daily, there was an elevator available, the unit was close to all amenities and the city center within easy walking distance.

The staff was available through whats app and did peovide iron when asked. The self check in post 5 pm worked well. Washroom was good size with all the amenities. However, the room was very very small for three people, with three beds there was tiny space in between beds and the entrance door. There were rooms which were definitely bigger ag the site. The room was also full of dust when we checked in and everything needed to be cleaned with wet wipes before using - e.g. side tables, kettle, top of the fridge, the open closet and hanging space. There is one waste basket in washroom - there should be waste basket in the room as well.

Close to bars. Parking up the rd so not ideal but wouldn’t stop me going again. Good coffee in room and lounge. 10 mins bus ride to centre town nice beach. Yep suited us fine

Very nice hotel, just a bit annoyed that when checking in they showed a 40€ cheaper price for the stay and just told us that they could see that we paid through hotels com and that we should just ignore it.

Eine schöne zentrale Unterkunft in San Sebastian. Das Bett war etwas schmal, aber für ein paar Nächte Okay. Es gibt kostenlos Kaffee, Wasser und Snacks. Die Kommunikation und Zugang per Code waren einwandfrei.

Wir hatten mehrere Baustellen in der Nachbarschaft. Die Klimaanlage sollte mal wieder gründlich gereinigt werden. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht so ganz.

Terrible Uma suites, la limpieza no se hacía y el día que limpiaban lo hacían a medias. No sacudían, no dejaban toallas limpias, no lavaban retrete ni lavabo. Me sorprendió que no hubiera nadie a la hora de llegada, 22h aprox y que tenía que haber recibido un WhatsApp y no fue así pero llamando a un teléfono me indicaron amablemente que hacer y a pesar del primer momento por lo que he explicado, el resto me sorprendió muy gratamente!

llegamos a las 17.15 no había nadie en recepción y esos que se ofertaba hasta las 18.00.se nos envía códigos. No funciona el secador, ni el calefactor del baño, llamamos a un teléfono facilitado para incidencias sobre las 17.30, no resolviendose el asunto y para rematar la estancia me levanto a las 5.30 y hay en el suelo una cucaracha tamaño industrial .Por tanto a las 8.15 decidimos abandonar las instalaciones mi marido con el pelo mojado y yo yendo a casa de mi hija a ducharme. Dentro de las indicaciones debieran de indicar que la calle de acceso es de doble dirección y suuuuper estrecha impidiendo casi su transito (acceso establecimiento malo).Establecimiento tranquilo , buena zona, incapaz de solventar un pequeño problema ,a pesar que la hora de entrada fuera las 16 horas según marca el establecimiento y comunicarse el incidente a la 17.30 l(secador), de aspecto límpio, buen olor ,con ducha que tragaba mal, sin mampara ,,,

Estancia agradable en una ciudad insuperable

La estancia en el hotel ha sido muy buena. Está todo muy limpio y el colchón es muy cómodo. Lo peor fue la entrada. No me Enviaron ningún mensaje con instrucciones y tuve la suerte de que unos huéspedes salieron en ese momento y me pasaron el teléfono al que debía llamar y ahí ya me atendieron. Por lo demás, todo muy agradable.
