Beautiful room--I liked the fireplace, as it was a little cool while we were there. Lovely setting and beautiful view--there were whales right off the beach nearby!

Hotel needs an upgrade. The carpet in the room needed a deep clean. Old and dirty upholsters changed in the room. You roll to the centre of the bed. Mattress need to be replaced.

We checked in extremely late without any issues. The King corner room was adequate. The following day we noted blood on the carpet. I immediately informed the front desk who said it would be taken care of. Returned later in the day to find it partially cleaned. When asked about the incomplete cleaning, the front desk told me the cleaning staff claimed it wasn’t blood. We work in healthcare, it was definitely blood. I was told another room was unavailable to move to. I asked for a Manager to contact me. Six months later, no one has reached out. And breakfast offerings were terrible. Will NEVER stay here again. I do NOT recommend this place.

We had a group of about 30 people staying. Most of us are seniors or near that age. The hotel staff were very helpful by allowing us the opportunity to visit in the breakfast and lobby area in the afternoon and evening hours. We had a very pleasant stay.
