Casa Belvedere is a charming apartment recently renovated with all the comforts with everything you need to comfortably accommodate 4 - 5 people, kitchen with sink, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, crockery for cooking, free WiFi throughout the property.

The beds are 2 in the master bedroom, and 2 in the second double bedroom, possibility to add 2 beds on request, in the master bedroom there is also a baby bed.

From the living room's French window you can access the large terrace of about 20 sqm., From which you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view of the lake, equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs and charcoal barbecue.

The property is located in the historic village of Marena, just minutes from the main tourist resorts of Menaggio (6 km.), And Bellagio (8km.).
The beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

Casa Belvedere is an ideal place to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday on the lake, located about 800 m. from the beaches and the characteristic medieval village of Rezzonico dominated by its fourteenth-century castle.
In the area you can go hiking along the old mountain paths that connect the ancient villages, discovering breathtaking views of the lake and areas still pristine with an ancient flavor.

For those looking for a more "classic" tourism, you can relax on the beach and cool off in the water of the lake, or you can visit the countless villas with gardens of high botanical value and the countless monuments and ancient ruins scattered throughout the Larian territory. apartment is in fact not far from the main tourist resorts (5 km from Menaggio, 10 km from Bellagio and 30 km from Lugano).

During the summer you can attend countless country festivals with fireworks.

The sports practiced in the area are trekking, muontain-biking, wind-surfing, golf, fishing.
