  • The apartment being rented is located on the Costa Turchese, in the municipality of San Teodoro, in the Capo Coda Cavallo area.

    The space

    The rental property is situated in a prime location, just 400 metres from Salina Bamba Beach, with a fantastic view of the sea. It is not far from other beautiful beaches such as Cala Brandinchi and Cala Suaraccia, all of which are easily accessible on foot.

    The house features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a hob, convection oven, range hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator; a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a washing machine; an additional bedroom with bunk beds sleeping two; another bedroom with a double bed; a full bathroom; and a spacious veranda overlooking the sea; plus a private covered parking space for one car within the “Porto Coda Cavallo” residence.

    The house has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
