This beautifully restored villa in San Venanzo offers a peaceful Umbrian escape for up to 10 guests, with five en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room anchored by a fireplace.
Surrounded by over 1,000 m² of private garden, it features a covered pool (May–Oct), sauna, fitness room, and boules court, perfect for families, friends, and pets. Explore nearby gems like Todi, Orvieto, and Assisi, or relax with lakeside views just 45 km away.
For dining, savor Umbrian flavors at Locanda del Borgo, enjoy panoramic meals at La Locanda Del Tramonto Infinito, or try the local favorite Da Angelino e Peppa - Torta al Testo del Monte Peglia. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool. The villa features one bedroom and a sitting room connected by an inner staircase. Both areas are finished with high-quality wooden flooring. Any damage caused to the flooring or interiors will be charged to the guest for repair.
