Two bedroom apartment, kitchen / living room and two bathrooms. Located on the first floor of a residential complex.

INSIDE: Entrance to the living room / kitchen with dining area and sofa, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Bright rooms equipped with modern furnishings with bright colors. Air-conditioned apartment with free wi-fi.

OUTSIDE: Access to the floor by a shared staircase. Large terrace with panoramic views equipped with furniture and outdoor shower. Residential architecture with terraced houses of modern conception with typical "local influences". Private internal parking space.
