“We loved this house, Gary a very friendly and responsive host, we especially enjoyed having morning coffee and evenings on patio by gas fire pit. Location near shopping and food, close to freeways and near all attractions. House very clean, quiet and comfortable. This is our go to place for all SD visits, fully recommend to all. ”

“The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. “My daughter had a wrestling tournament that brought us to San Diego, which landed us in this cozy VRBO. There was plenty of room for a full family, very clean and accommodating. Host was very easy to communicate with, available for anything that should arise and very hospitable. This location is central to all sorts of activity as well as near the beach. Also very conveniently has a restaurant next door as well as deli and liquor store on opposite side. ”
