Modern, beautiful, comfortable house "Baie de Bandol". 3 km from the centre of Sanary-sur-Mer, 4 km from the centre of Bandol, 18 km from the centre of Toulon, in an elevated position on a slope, residential area (villas), 1 km from the sea. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 2'300 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, swimming pool (11 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 30.Oct.). Terrace, roofed, parking, single garage. Shop 3 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Sanary- Ollioules" 5 km, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: Presqu'île de Giens, Calanques de Cassis, Porquerolles, Iles des Embiez, Presqu Ile du Gaou.

Villa in einem schlechten Zustand

Die Villa wurde vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt, überall Schmutz und Essensreste. Die Küchenplatte im Bereich des Spülbeckens verrottet und voller Ameisen. Garagentor defekt, Tür zwischen Garage und Wohnung offen bzw. nicht abschließbar, da kein passender Schlüssel vorhanden. Wir hatten die Eigentümerin (wohnt unmittelbar hinter der Villa) um Hilfe gebeten. Sie hatte zu unserem Erstaunen jegliche Unterstützung abgelehnt und uns an Interchalet verwiesen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Lage des Objekts.
