Holiday Home 'Gîte de Charme sous les Pins' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

  • Located in Sanary-sur-Mer, this charming 65 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests with a living room and 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet and is accessed from outside. You’ll have 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, including an espresso machine and a traditional coffee maker. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heating, a TV and a washing machine add to your comfort.



    Outside, relax in your private garden, on the covered terrace, balcony or uncovered terrace, all offering a glimpse of the sea. The beach is nearby, and you can use the private barbecue for outdoor meals.



    You’ll have access to two shared parking spaces on site and a shared table tennis table. Self check-in is available for greater flexibility. Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.

Ein kleiner Traum aus Stein.

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt in diesem zauberhaften Ferienhäuschen war einfach wunderschön. Das Haus wurde mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und eingerichtet – modern, stilvoll und zugleich gemütlich. Man spürt sofort das Herzblut, das hier hineingesteckt wurde. Ein kleiner Traum aus Stein. Besonders begeistert hat uns die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit – für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt, und hier war wirklich alles makellos. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt, Fragen oder kleine Anliegen wurden sofort gelöst. Man fühlt sich nicht nur als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. Als kleine persönliche Anmerkung: Der Zugang mit den Treppen könnte für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind, etwas anspruchsvoller sein – für uns jedoch absolut machbar und keinesfalls störend. Für uns sind das keine 10 von 10, sondern eher 12 von 10 Punkten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Cons: Es gab keinen Schneebesen! 😂😉
