I spoke with the one part time employee who was watering plants, and she said there had not been breakfast in many years, and no activities except fishing. Loft was fun and comfortable in April but the back bedroom will probably need its own A/C unit when the summer hits! Because it was a little stuffy for us with the door shut (especially after showering since the bath is more open concept. That was our only negative.
