「Bad experience, brifecase stolen in the resturantant during the breakfast in the first day,lost all valuable stuffs, computer, passport, mobile and wallet, not safety hotel,and hotel woulod not like to take any responsibility, never stay this hotel again.」

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sogar Nachts wurde uns mit einer dünneren Bettdecke ausgeholfen. Das Ambiente im Empfangsraum war wunderschön mit den Lampen, Kerzen und Kunstfeuerstellen. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit Billard und Dart zu spielen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, leider haben wir paar Haare und Fussel gefunden,trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war ein üppiges Buffet, da ist definitiv für jeden etwas dabei. Abendessen ist im Hotelrestaurant...

「Unterkunft etwas außerhalb aber tagsüber sehr gut zu erreichen mit der Straßenbahn. Nachts etwas aufwändiger.」

「Wir hatten das Hotel gewählt da es nah am Airbuswerk lag....aber die Fähre die einen bis Nachts zu den Landungsbrücken bringt...perfekt Frühstück...alles vorhanden Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände vorgsnden kostenpflichtig...direkt an der Straße kostenlos Zimmer...alles vorhanden was man braucht 」

「Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Personal war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt in der Innenstadt viele Restaurants und Bars, sodass man leckeres Essen und gute Getränke finden kann. An manchen Stellen z.B. in der Dusche oder Toilette hätte das Zimmer noch sauberer sein sollen.」

「A very comfortable hotel to stay with adjacent shopping mall to find outlet shopping and food court for variety of food. Although it is not located to the city centre, I find it just good and close to my business partner office. Service is excellent and efficient. Breakfast is splendid with many variety to choose.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Neugrabener Hof. The staff were accommodating, the room was clean and had more than enough room for our group of 3. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hamburg again.」

「The hotel is ok, the view outside the hotel is very beautiful. It is in the park, need to take a bus from the train station then walk about 5 mins. But there is no air-conditioning, as we go there in a hot weather, need to ask for a fan! The door's lock is hard to use, we need to ask the staff to show us how to use it. And as we had hang a "Do not disturb", the staff still lock our door for few times after 6PM!! 」
