The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook and bake. The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub and is generously sized. Next to the bedroom, there is a studio with art books and two wicker chairs that invite you to relax and read. A floor lamp creates a pleasant atmosphere in the evening. The bedroom is furnished with two beds (1.40 m and 90 cm) and a blackout curtain. From all windows, you have a view of the green garden or the small pond.



Köckern is a small, quiet village in Sandersdorf-Brehna. The house is located directly on a country lane leading to a small open-cast lake. Nearby, you will also find a playground and a volleyball court. Halle can be reached in 20 minutes, Bitterfeld in 10 minutes, and Leipzig in about half an hour.
