「Very nice place. Decor was tasteful. Room was clean and large. Staff was helpful and check-in was fast. The only negative was the HVAC unit fan was loud and the whole unit rattled while the compressor was on. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.」

「We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort...

「Unsafe and Unacceptable Conditions.
During our stay, the air conditioning was not working throughout the property, including our room. I spoke with staff on several occasions regarding this issue and was told that the owner was aware of the problem but had decided not to repair it because of the cost. This created extremely uncomfortable conditions, especially while traveling with a child in mid summer.
Additionally, during breakfast my son ate a Go-Gurt that was spoiled. The product was sour...
