Downtown Sandpoint Home with Bikes, BBQ + Yard
Right in the heart of Sandpoint's most desirable South Sandpoint neighborhood, this is a beautiful retreat to revive + rejuvenate in every season of sun or snow.
Our home is one block from Winter Ridge Natural Foods, and less than a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach, Fat Pig, Matchwood Brewing, Mickduff’s Beer Hall, Evans Brother’s Coffee, Pend Oreille Winery, and a handful of boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios.
We are just a 25 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
THE SPACE
This home is a 3-unit triplex. There are two studios on the second floor, and this space, the beautifully, newly-remodeled 2 bedroom retreat, is on the main level with a separate provate entrance. Both tenants upstairs are quiet professionals, but you may occasionally hear their footsteps.
There is a washer and dryer located in the basement, a large side lawn with a covered dining area, string lights and BBQ under the gazebo, and four adult-sized cruiser bikes for you to explore Sandpoint. The gazebo is shared common space with the two nice tenants upstairs.

Sandpoint Stay
We really enjoyed our week in this rental. The house is very comfortable and the location is great. We walked to many great restaurants and enjoyed scenic drives in the area, as well as lake activities. Highly recommend!

Lovely vacation home!
We fully enjoyed our stay! House was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great as it was a hot week!

Simple Clean Rental
About a 1600 Sq. Ft. one floor rental. Very simply furnished but comfortable. The kitchen has excellent pots and pans with plenty of plates, silverware and other kitchen items. Location is in south central Sandpoint. It is a good location to walk from to restaraunts and if you like a very good farmers market on certain days.
The only downside is needs a window covering in the kitchen to keep out heating afternoon sun ( august).
