- We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper. Enjoy all the amenities our condo has to offer and more.

Great cozy spot for a small family. Tucked away in a cove right off the highway, so it was very easy to find. I did notice there was a quite a bit of train noise at night, but if you are in a deep sleep you probably wouldn’t notice it. We came in the winter, so we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities, but would probably be a sweet little spot in the summer. Short walk to the main drag and several restaurants.

Love this condo! Equipped with everything we needed. Steps from the lake, easy paddle board or kayak access. Very easy walk to town or city beach. Lots of great restaurants and shops very close by.
