Everything was great! The only problem I see, is the fact that some of the room's windows open towards the swimming pool, where the air is full of chlorine. (We spent one night in the chlorine room, the other 2 nights in the nice fresh air opposite room.

Clean rooms, good serice

I was told this Quality Inn would be a 50-50 chance the stay would be okay. I doubted my source and booked it anyways. My stay was comfortable, I recommend.

Very disappointing stay

The girl at the front desk was not kind and seemed irritated with every question i asked her. The room was not clean and there was hair all over the bathroom. The website said there was a continental breakfast. Which i was informed upon arrival that that wasn't true. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I liked the property my room was a very good sized, the beds were comfortable and the front desk we’re super niced to me She give me info about the city, good places we’re to eat and she just made me feel happy. Very good front desk services with her. What I didn’t like was that when I made the reservation for these hotel it said that it had free continental breakfast that was one big reason I reserved here. When I checked in they told us that no they don’t have breakfast. I was very disappointed with that cause my family and I had to spend more money eating outside know. We we’re also with a big group of friends and it was a little hard to find a place we’re we can all eat together.

At least on check in we were notified of the hot tub / jacuzzi being out of service and given a 20% discount that makes great customer service; however our very tired mama bodies from traveling really wanted to relax in it! We tried to do a “hot bath” to discover the tub full of hair and appeared not to be cleaned in a long time. A quick rinse down and the kids were happy, but we just couldn’t do it. The restaurant had excellent cabbage rolls and food for the kids! They enjoyed all the channels in the room to give us a break and chance to collect our thoughts!

Expedia booked me for one night on a date that I did not reserve. My request was for July 24th - Aug 1st 2019.What Expedia did was reserve a room for Aug 21-Aug 22 2019. When I saw what happened, I called Expedia with in a few minutes and was told "SORRY" but there was nothing that Expedia could, or WOULD do. This company ripped me off for $ 96.00 or more. So you ask "HOW WAS MY STAY ? I never was there to stay in the room. I came to Sandpoint on the 23rd of July and went home on 1 Aug and stayed somewhere else. Expedia stilled charged me for a room that I never reserved and never stayed in. I request a full refund for this room ,or I will pursue this matter further. Rooms were clean, comfortable and better appointed than expected. We had just run a 200 mile relay and booked this motel specifically for the hot tub. The tub was about 90° and , when reported to staff, they were very indifferent and rude.

Budgeted expectations, good locatio

Came in to town for a popular music festival weekend. Our room wasn't ready at check in then smelled like sweat and beer. Tub and sink didn't drain properly and toilet wouldn't flush unless the tank cover was removed to pull the chain

I liked the way the pool was inside the motel and there where rooms around it but the water was cold and it was closed by 10 because of the location the hot tub was cold and very dirty and had glass on the bottom of it very dangerous the keys didnt work so my husband would get locked out of the building constantly in down pouring rain there was no amminitities at all I paid 145 for this place and all it turned out to be was a bed to sleep in very poor up keep of the whole place I will not be choosing any choice hotels again I stayed in a days inn a few years back that was just as bad.
