Sandpoint is a gem and so is this property! Location perfect and walkable to shops, restaurants and city beach. Having washer/dryer was very convenient - immaculate property! Excellent communication from property management Highly recommended!

Home away from home

Modern, nicely decorated, clean accommodation's and great location. Would highly recommend this unit and will stay here again! The bed is comfy and big fluffy towels too. Has everything except it would be great if there was a kettle for my tea lol Thanks for a nice stay, love Sandpoint!

Great Location

The property is located next to the marina and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It’s a short drive or walk to the City Beach. We brought our bikes. There’s multiple bike trails starting close to the property. The condo is very nice and it’s stocked up with everything you might need for kitchen and bathroom. We had a great time in Sandpoint!

Was very nice. Convenient to downtown and restaurants. Dishwasher was broke but they were very responsive to my texts and provided paper products as it was the weekend and couldn’t get anyone there to fix it. Their thoughtfulness in that matter was greatly appreciated. Would recommend.

This place was phenomenal. Check in was easy. Daugherty Management is very professional and anticipated all our possible needs. They even checked in via text message to make sure everything was going well. Very clean and well kept. I would not hesitate to stay again. My wife and I had a great time and loved how so much was in walking distance. A+ experience. Look forward to our next stay.

Perfect 1 bedroom for a couple

The place was tremendously clean. Well decorated with a great Purple hybrid mattress! I loved it! Check in process was a little tedious as we arrived late evening. Communication with owner/management was prompt. However, I believe the process could be a little smoother. Deal breaker? Absolutely not. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
