The condo’s kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances that will provide everything you'll need to cook a big meal for the entire family. No one will be left behind on this vacation, as this home can accommodate up to 12 guests and is dog-friendly. Plus, being located near Schweitzer Village, this mountain retreat is an easy walk to the ski trails and lifts!

This bright and beautiful condo is just over a half-mile from the base of the ski area. After a day of skiing, snowboarding, or hiking, you can head down to Powder Hound Pizza to grab a slice at Powder Hound Pizza or enjoy the amenities of Schweitzer Mountain Resort. During warmer times of the year, a plethora of hiking and biking trails await you as well. Sandpoint is just 12 miles down the hill, where you'll find lake access at City Beach Park and great local shops and restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
