「Love their service. Room is clean and have shuttle to RIC.」

「Check in was handled by an outstanding employee who answered every question and helped us with setting up bus transportation to the airport next morning. Sheck out employee was rude and unfriendly seemingly mad at me for thinking my bus was at 415 rather than 420. He was annoyed i took him off his computer maybe.」

Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.」

「Airport shuttle was great.」
