Lovely, very safe and quiet property. Property manager Lisa is so helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't have an issues during the stay except for one small one with a door code which she handled so quickly and efficiently for us. Wonderful property. Upgrade to a suite, this place is worth it.

Room was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed it being a quieter place. We stayed in a suite room which had two bathrooms with showers (1 in main room and 1 in bedroom), I did learn that water was able to get noticeably hotter in one shower than the other. Unique experience in not having any staff on site, checking in online and getting code for room turned out being very easy. Everything we needed or wanted was already provided, plenty of towels, extra pillows and linen, extra blanket for bed. They left messages to remind us they were only a phone call away if we did need anything. This is not a fancy or ritzy place but is a nice clean quiet place to stay. It is our favorite so far out of the places we have stayed in Sandusky when going to the park. We will be back!

Property not worth 200 a night. Super small, smells like mold or something. Beds were uncomfortable, no blankets, lots of bugs in the apartment. Won’t stay again.

This hotel looked so cute from the outside. Inside was very clean. I noticed on at least one review stated their bed was broke. Ours also wasn’t the sturdiest in our first room. But I reached out to service and they switched our room without an issue! So big brownie points for that. I also really appreciated that their TV had the streaming apps. (Hotels normally just have cable 👎👎). The guests before us were even nice enough to stay logged in! Jk! But this hotel gets a 4.5 star rating from me!

It was a nice place to stay just for the weekend. The beds aren’t really that comfortable. The room was fairly clean. Nothing terrible that would make me not want to stay there again. If you want to stay somewhere that has more things to do a pool, hot tub that kind of thing then this isn’t the place but if you just want a place to sleep for the night, then this place is OK for that.

Overall the property was nice and clean. It would be nice to somewhere to hand clothes(maybe over the door hooks) or sink area. Shower was slow drain so the shower pan filled up with water.

Room was great, and clean. Only issue we had is that it had a small kitchen but only one pot, so we purchased a "travel" set. Note that it was an induction top so only certain pans will work. Everything else was great for a family of 6.

Our family members chose the hotel. I wouldn’t call it a hotel. More like a mix between a motel and an Airbnb. Had to bring our own fire stick to watch tv. All the correspondences were by AI- no actual person. Photos make it look nicer than it was. It was too expensive for what it was. The door locks are touchy and beep if you don’t get them locked just right.

Upon arrival, we found the property very neat and tidy. Whoever takes care of the flowers, does an excellent job. (Loved the flowers!) We had no trouble with the door lock or communication with the hotel. They were helpful and responsive. The rooms look modern and appear clean enough.. until you realize that the floor leaves new socks, black. The dirty floor didn’t bother me as much as the non-working coffee machine. This place is almost great but just needs a steam mop to the floor and a new Keurig!
