The beds are very hard, outdated fixtures, supposed to have a pool, but was out of commission, in the middle is summer… really? I had the push my way into the room as the door was jammed, there was some wet spots on the bed sheets that I could not explain.

Pool was out of service and dirty but everything else was great. Staff was very helpful. They do charge a $30 deposit in case of certain things but they'll return it if u follow the rules. I booked a room for 4 for me and my children for the night but since I slept in my car and let my children keep in the room, I got a refund so they do refund you so thats great!

For an older hotel with no “curb appeal” the room was very clean with no odd odors. The towels were fluffy white and there was plenty of hot water. The room had a microwave and mini fridge with updated TV. There was road noise (I was near front of motel) but I felt safe.

We stayed during bike week ohio The room was dirty, hair on the toilet and in the bathtub. The in room safe was not even attached to the floor or the wall and it did not work. T v had one station, and when it came time to check there was not a staff member in sight. Almost half the people left early and checked out sometime in the middle of the night. The others that were staying, there were of questionable mind

Blood on sheets. Asked for new sheets, got offered a sheet with more blood. Ended up having to use a fitted sheet as a blanket. Dead bugs and roaches everywhere, with evidence of bed bugs (nest dots and corpses). Hairballs on the towels and mysterious orange goop everywhere. It was one of the cheapest options for ColossalCon, but definitely not worth for that headache.

I liked nothing. The room was old and musty, air was off and it was very dark. Walked out and went back to the office at which point the desk person offered me another room (previously there were no other rooms). When I pushed him for more info, he said it was the room of the man who was arguing about a refund when I got there because of bugs in his room and garbage outside his room and around the pool. The desk clerk wanted to give me that room. The room I was given had holes in the floor in front of the bathroom door and a counter outside of that door that were covered with carpet stretched across them. When I stepped into the first hole, I lost my balance, grabbed the counter and stepped into another hole. Like walking on a worn out trampoline. I did not even go into the bathroom because I was afraid of falling. I took pictures of the condition of room for reference with the safety and condition of the room. Not only was the room in poor condition, the desk person was rude and condescending - acting like I was crazy for complaining. I realized there was no reasoning with him, he actually said (in front of me and other customers) loudly but under his breath, “these white people always have complaints about everything”. Not a good experience in any sense of the word and certainly not a good image not only for this particular location but the hotel group as a whole.

Entering the office it was old and unkept the attendant was hard to understand. He asked if any of us smoked and looked at my 12 year old and asked if she smoked which was appalling to me. When we get into the room it smelled musty like no one had bothered to clean it in a while, there is cigarette holes on both bed blankets, the faucet in the bathroom tub was leaking, the shower curtain looked like there was mold in it, there was no tissues in the container, the TV was unplugged and the cable for the channels not plugged in at we had to get the guy to come and help trouble shoot it pool was out of order which devastated my daughter. She begged to just sleep in the car that she would feel safer in there than the room. We didn't shower in the room because we were unsure if the shower leak would get worse or not. It was a really bad experience especially since it was said that it was under new management and updated. I really feel like I was conned. I will never go there again even if they gave me a room!
