Very basic and hits all the necessities. Will say if you have sensitive sleepers, the walls are pretty thin between floors and they go through towels pretty fast. On the plus side the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. We were put towards the front of the hotel with a lot of foot traffic which wasn’t my mother’s favorite but that is more preference than anything.

It was definitely not worth $300 for one night. We stayed in building two. I would consider building one higher end and building two just ok. The hallway was hot in building two and there was no elevator to get to the second floor. The beds were comfortable. There were just a few janitorial things that needs addressed and mold on the ceilings.

It was an ok experience. The room itself seemed clean, but the bathroom was so so. Nail clippings on the floor, some buildup in the shower and shower curtain. The air conditioner seemed to not be cooling very well. I went to the front desk a few times to ask a question but no one was there. The location was a good proximity to Cedar Point and other things to do in Sandusky and breakfast was provided. The price was also very reasonable.

We stayed one night. All we really wanted was a hot shower and a good nights sleep. There was zero hot water. We took cold showers. Walls are very thin so you hear everything that goes on next door to you. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave us a discount off of our stay. Waiting for that to actually come back

The floor in the room was sticky. You could hear every noise made in the rooms nearby and in the hall. The mattresses badly needed to be changed. I asked for a towel refresh at check-in and that never happened. For the good things, the fire pit and pool area seemed nice. It’s very close to Cedar Point. Staff were friendly (although as mentioned, didn’t follow through on my request). Way overpriced for what we got.

The room wasn't ready on arrival(430 pm), we ended up having to eat on a patio at a restaurant with our pets. Room was "ready" at 7 pm, but the shower was clogged and other people's footprints and bleached towels were still in the bathroom. The exhaust fan also didnt work in the room. The staff came and cleared the drain(previous guest's hair clips and hair), but I ended up cleaning the tub myself. However, the staff were great, our dogs liked the grass patch that was available to them, and the sun left a nice warm spot for them to sleep in. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast. The air conditioner worked well and everyone slept comfortably. For the price it was an excellent value and made a last minute family trip to Cedar Point possible.

We checked in at 9:00 pm and checked out at 10:00 pm. Ended up just booking another hotel in Sandusky for that night. The images and guest ratings don’t line up with the hotel. They have invested in the pool and firepit area as those looked fairly new and well kept. The hallway carpets are stained, the hallways smell musty. The room itself was all tile, the hardware is all rusted and needs updated. We found bugs in the shower and the bottom of the bathtub was brown and looked like it needed a good scrub. The beds were old and had sunken in the middle. Dead bugs on the floor, and hair on the sheets like someone made the bed but didn’t change the sheets. Book somewhere else. This is a budget hotel, 2 stars max. Rebecca at the front desk was very friendly and apologetic when I checked out.
