"The room was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable, the linens provided were great and the coffee products were wonderful. The air conditioning unit worked fantastic, which we really needed. "The location is wonderful, it was a very close drive to downtown Lexington. The private beach was great and barely had anyone on it! The house could’ve been cleaner - stains on sheets, flies/bugs, outdoor furniture was covered in debris/webs. Host was great with communication."

"The property was very Mildewy and Moldy. We were unable to stay do to Asthma. Even the family members without Asthma could not stand the smell. View was beautiful and the place looks mostly like it is advertised but they failed to mention the Mildew."
