"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. "The Staff is great! Su was amazing! They have great happy hour! :-) I completely recommend it, the rooms with balcony have an amazing view!! The only thing I will recommend to the hotel is to care bit more of the cleanness. The cleaning lady's are great people but they need to do the cleaning bit better. If gets better cleaning I will give an extra star. "
