“The staff was friendly and helpful. We paid a small fee for an early arrival check in. The property and room was noticeably very clean. Breakfast had good options for everyone in our group. Unfortunately the hot tub water was not being heated. We were informed the pool heat pump was temporarily out of service, but was assured the hot tub worked. Not the case. Overall good hotel experience ”

“Very nice staying for a relax trip. Hotel is a little bit outdated but very well maintained. The Outdoor hot spring is very nice and the indoor structure with Sauna, jacuzzi, large pool and kids pool is worth the visit. The hotel restaurant is a bit pricy and other dining options is 10 min driving. Overall is a good place for retreat, worthy to be back. 🙌”

“The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.”

“All amenities we could think of were included! Bonus to have robes to go to the pool/spa. Really enjoyed the hot tub/pool. Coffee in the morning was great. The hiking trails on the property were so nice. Even with 3 big events and two seasonal events, it was so easy to navigate to lodge, didn’t feel like too many people. All around pleasant stay. ”

“This place was a full sized townhouse for the price of a regular hotel room. Beautiful area and super comfortable and quiet. I’m sure it’s more expensive when it’s not the off season but it was a great deal”
